Greystar puts faith in UK economy

The boss of global property investment giant Greystar has given a vote of confidence in the UK economy after splashing out £3.3bn on student digs group Student Roost.

Bob Faith, chief executive of Greystar, said the group will continue to expand in the UK after the deal to buy student housing business Student Roost with Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC.
