Grosvenor Group, the Duke of Westminster’s property group, recorded revenue profit of £143.5m in 2017, 81% up on the 2016 figure of £79.2m.
However, total returns plunged to 2.7% from 8% in 2016, reflecting weak valuation movements in the UK and Europe, as well as sterling’s appreciation, which produced a negative impact of 1.5%.
