Hammerson offloads two retail parks for £164m

Imperial Retail Park Bristol Hammerson

Retail property giant Hammerson has continued its sell-off of secondary retail assets by offloading schemes in Bristol and Kirkcaldy for £164m, 10% below last December’s valuation.

The group has sold Imperial Retail Park, Bristol and Fife Central Retail Park, Kirkcaldy, to Capreon. This deal brings Hammerson’s total proceeds from disposals in 2018 to £300m.
