Harworth appoints new CFO

Harworth Group has poached Harwood Real Estate’s Katerina Patmore to become its new chief financial officer.

Patmore, who will also join Harworth’s board as an executive director, had been a director at Harwood since 2016.  She has 14 years of finance, banking and real estate lending experience drawn from roles at Harwood, DRC Capital, and Barclays Bank.  She was also formerly a national director of the Investment Property Forum.
