Helical collected 92.9% of rents during the six months to 7 October, with the easing of Covid-19 lockdown restriction providing a boost to property group’s fortunes.
In a trading update to investors ahead of its half-year figures on 23 November, the group added that it expects to receive a further 4.2% of rents via agreed payment plans, with the remaining 2.9% subject to ongoing discussions.
