Helical receives ‘more than one’ bid approach

Mike Slade’s Helical has received “more than one” takeover approach, but claims none reflect “the fair value of the company”.

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the commercial property group said it had received multiple unsolicited approaches in the “recent past”. Despite initially rebuffing the approaches, Helical did say it is “open to engaging” with the potential bidders.
