Helical has sold the last of its non-core assets, completing its strategy to become entirely London and Manchester focused.
The group sold its three remaining non-core investment assets for £28.46m, representing a 6.6% premium to the March 2018 book value and reflecting an aggregate net initial yield of 7.6%.
