Henderson Park pays £140m for Hammerson’s Glasgow mall

Henderson Park has paid Hammerson and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) £140m for the Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow.

The deal on the 1.1 million sq ft centre in Glasgow was agreed in an off-market transaction.
