Henley leads funding round for launch of IPSX exchange

Private equity firm claims the IPSX commercial property stock exchange will be ‘transformational’.

The private equity firm led a consortium of other real estate investment management groups to fund the launch of the exchange, which will allow institutional and private investors to buy and sell shares in companies that own individual properties.

IPSX had already attracted some high-profile investors including Moorfield Group, British Land and M7 Estate in previous funding rounds and has recruited top City figures as well as leading names from the property industry in key roles.
