Hibernia sells Dublin’s New Century House

New Century House

Hibernia REIT has sold New Century House in Dublin to a fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate for €65.3m (£58m).

The price is slightly up on March’s book value, reflects a net initial yield of 4%, and a capital value of €815 per sq ft. Completion is expected to occur in September 2018.
