Hill reports 27% profit rise for 2017

Housebuilder Hill has reported a 27% rise in profit to £47.2m in 2017 on the back of a number of joint ventures last year.

In its annual results the Hill announced turnover rose 13% for the year, while net assets totalled £133m. Since 2012, the company has seen profit grow 547% and turnover increase by 170%.
