Hines raises €75m from Danish pension fund

Hines has raised €75m (£64m) of equity from Danish pension fund Lærernes for its new value-add fund, Hines European Value Fund 3 (HEVF 3).

Lærernes is a Danish-listed life insurance company providing pension schemes to more than 150,000 teachers employed in municipal and private primary and lower-secondary schools, and in adult education.
