Hiscox takes first pre-let at AXA's Twentytwo

AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets has exchanged on the first pre-letting at Twentytwo with Hiscox, the insurance group.

Twentytwo is the 1.4m sq ft development in the City of London being managed by AXA, on behalf of an international consortium of investors.
