Home REIT acquires 183 properties

Home REIT has deployed £84.9m of the net proceeds raised in the company recent £263m equity issue following the acquisition of 183 properties across England.

The properties bought by the homeless accommodation provider were part of the group’s £300m acquisition pipeline.
