Home REIT adds 1,850 beds to homeless accommodation portfolio

Home REIT has spent £166.4m on 23 portfolios comprising 366 properties located across England and Wales.

The acquisitions come less than a month since the group, which focuses on providing accommodation for homeless people, raised £350m from an oversubscribed equity issue in September.
