Home REIT launches fundraising to help fund £400m of acquisitions

Home REIT is seeking to raise around £262m from a share placing to help fund further acquisitions to add to its portfolio of homes for the homeless.

The placing will be priced at 109p per share, a discount of 4.4% to the closing mid-market share price of 114 pence on 27 August.
