Home REIT takes steps to mitigate criticism

Home REIT has repeated its claim that recent allegations about its management are “without substance”, after law firm Harcus Parker launched litigation against the company, claiming shareholders were misled by information Home REIT and its associates provided.

In an update to investors, the group said: “Following its internal investigations, the board reaffirms that the company’s portfolio fulfils its sole focus of providing safe and secure accommodation to some of the most vulnerable in society, whilst generating shareholder value.”
