Housing group seeks £250m listing to get homeless off streets

Alvarium Home REIT Advisors, which develops homes for the homeless, has revealed it intends to list on the London Stock Exchange.

The group, which will be known as Home REIT, is targeting an initial placing of £250m, while offering investors dividend payouts of at least 5.5p from September 2021, and is targeting an annual net total shareholder return of at least 7.5% over the medium term.
