Impact buys care home portfolio for £56m

Impact Healthcare REIT paid £56m for a portfolio of six care homes owned and operated by Morris Care.

The portfolio has 438 bedrooms, 400 of them with en suite bathrooms, across five homes in Shropshire and one in Cheshire.
