Impact Healthcare raises £100m

Impact Healthcare REIT has raised £100m in an oversubscribed share placing, having increased the fundraising from the initial minimum target of £25m.

The shares will be issued at 106p each, and the funds will be used to repay the amounts drawn under the company’s revolving credit facilities, fund a number of near-term acquisitions, and invest in the existing portfolio.
