Impact Healthcare seeks £150m to expand care home portfolio

Impact Healthcare REIT is set to seek £150m from investors to fund a series of care home acquisitions.

The company, which has committed the majority of the £240m of equity and debt capital raised since its IPO in March 2017, will meet with shareholders over the coming weeks to seek to support for the fundraising.
