Impact postpones £150m equity fundraise

Impact Healthcare REIT has postponed plans to raise £150m of fresh equity after deciding not to proceed with the acquisition of a 2,500 bed care home portfolio.

The specialist healthcare REIT has been highly acquisitive recently but has decided not to exchange contracts on the proposed 2,500 bed acquisition despite having reached “advanced negotiations” with the owner.
