Care home landlord Impact Healthcare REIT has posted a robust set of annual results for 2019 and remains confident it will ride out the Covid-19 health crisis.
The group revealed a rise in net asset value per share to 106.81p, from 103.1p in 2018, while earnings per shares rose to 10.37p, compared with 8.57p in the previous year.
