Inland Homes, the AIM-listed housebuilder, has appointed its managing director Gary Skinner to the to the board with immediate effect.

Skinner, aged 49, brings considerable experience to the board having worked in the housebuilding sector for over 30 years. During this period, he has gained extensive expertise in the sourcing, acquisition and planning as well as the commercial delivery of construction projects. He joined Inland as managing director in February 2016 and has been responsible for delivering construction partnerships and joint venture developments, as well as overseeing the health and safety standards, HR and customer services for the company.
