Inland Homes sells Poole housing and commercial scheme to council for £43.5m

Inland Homes has agreed to sell the final phase of its Carters Quay development in Poole to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council for £43.5m.

Carters Quay is built on the site of the former Pilkington Tile Factory, and Inland has completed 165 homes over the first three phases of the development.
