Warrior Property Group has secured a loan from Investec Structured Property Finance to finance the £13.5m acquisition of a former bus depot in west London converted into a 51 unit flexible office hub.
Buspace Studios in Ladbroke Grove has been converted into a serviced office business centre providing flexible space that is currently multi-let to tenants including Moat Studios, the second largest producer of original audio dramas in the UK. The developer plans to initiate a series of short term and long term asset management opportunities in the form of actively managing the existing site and various tenancies, and also said the site offers “wider long term development potential” with the potential to apply for change of use.
