Serviced office specialist and WeWork rival IWG has posted a 13.2% rise in third-quarter revenue amid a strong performance in the Americas and Europe.
Revenue for the three months to the end of September rose to £692.3m, while open centre revenue, which IWG claims is an indicator of future performance, climbed 15.5% during the period, with occupancy up 3.1% points to 76% for the period from a year earlier.
