The government has confirmed Japan’s biggest housebuilder will move into the UK housing market after striking a £90m deal that will see it work with Homes England and Urban Splash to deliver thousands of new homes across England.
As Property Week revealed in April, Sekisui House, one of the world’s largest housebuilders, is set to bring its factory-built modular homes to the UK.
