JLL chief executive Christian Ulbrich’s total pay package rockets 53% to more than $9m (£6.4m) in 2017, as the firm outlines a raft of changes to its executive pay policy following last year’s shareholder rebellion.

Ulbrich received a total package worth $9.2m for last year, compared to $6m in 2016, as each of the other four most highly paid directors in the world’s second largest property agency also received significant boosts to their bank balances.
