L&G’s modular home business continues losing streak

Legal & General’s modular housing division has reported another loss in the year it produced and delivered its first housing scheme.

Legal and General Homes Modular, which is based North Yorkshire, revealed pre-tax losses for the 12 months to the end of 2018 of £20.6m, down from the £40m pre-tax losses for the previous year.
