Landhold secures £13.5m resi loan from Investec

Landhold Developments has secured a £13.5m loan from Investec Real Estate to fund the construction of 36 homes in Clapham, South West London.

Known as Clapham Quarter, Landhold is developing a car park and the homes are due for completion in the fourth quarter 2023.
