Lee threatens legal action against Shaftesbury after failing to axe senior execs

Hong Kong billionaire Samuel Tak Lee has failed in his attempt to oust Shaftesbury three most senior board members, but is now threatening legal action against the firm.

Lee, the largest shareholder in West End landlord with 26% of its shares, may now sue the company after failing to oust its bosses at the group’s annual general meeting (AGM) earlier today.
