Lend Lease renews Bluewater fund and looks for buying opportunities

Lend Lease has extended the life of the £629m Lend Lease Retail Partnership fund, which owns a 25% stake in the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, and is set to make acquisitions for the first time in several years.
