Lettings success for Derwent London

Derwent London achieved a 12.7% uplift in lettings during the first nine month of the year with lettings totalling £9m.

The group agreed £1.9m of letting during the three months to the end of September, with agreed rent 27.6% above the estimated rental value as at the end of its 2021 financial year.
