Life Science REIT completes £85m Knowledge Quarter deal in London

Life Science REIT has completed the £85m acquisition of 7-11 Herbrand Street, an Art Deco building close to University College Hospital and University College London in London’s Knowledge Quarter.

The deal was struck in cash and reflects a net initial yield of 4.42%.
