Lloyds agrees its largest green loan with Blackrock

The BlackRock UK Property Fund has secured a £200m loan to help improve the green credentials of more than 15m sq ft of assets under its management

The new two-year revolving credit facility was provided by Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking’s real estate and housing team under its green lending initiative in the largest ever bilateral transaction.
