Lok’nStore has reported a 5.7% revenue rise for its interim results up to 31 January 2018, while pre-tax profit totalled £2.55m, up 21.3% on the year before.
The self-storage company saw revenue grow to £8.82m for the six months up to the end of January. Operating costs fell over the period by 1.4% to £4.8m but net debt rose 40.67% to £23.45m from £16.67m last year.
