LondonMetric buys Huntingdon warehouse

CGI AM FRESH GROUP

LondonMetric has paid £53.4m for a long let cold storage and logistics warehouse in Cambridgeshire.

The 300,000 sq ft building is pre-let on a 25-year lease to international agri-tech group AM Fresh.
