LondonMetric buys retail portfolio for £23.3m

LondonMetric Property has paid £23.3m for a portfolio comprising two NNN retail assets, reflecting a blended net initial yield of 6.7%.

The properties generate a annual rent of £1.6m, which equates to £13.90 per sq ft, and have a weighted average unexpired lease term of six years.
