LondonMetric Property has paid £18.7m for three urban logistics warehouses in Croydon, Dunstable and Warrington.
The deals reflect a blended net initial yield of 4.3% and a reversionary yield of 5.3%. The warehouses, which have been acquired in separate transactions, have an weighted average unexpired lease term of five years.
