LXI REIT posts 8% valuation fall

LXi REIT has revealed an 8% fall in the value of its long-income portfolio as it suffers from industry-wide outward yield movement.

Knight Frank valued the group’s properties at £3.36bn as of the end of March, compared to £3.66bn at the end of September.
