LXi Reit posts confident maiden results

LXi REIT

LXi Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has exceeded several targets in its first annual results since listing on the London Stock Exchange in February last year.

The long income industrial REIT posted an 11.91% return during the period from the float to 31 March, while net asset value per share leapt 9.87% to 107.67p.
