Maslow launches industrial sector lending service

Maslow Capital, a real estate development financier, has launched a lending division for the industrial and logistics sectors.

The loans will be for a minimum of £5m and a maximum loan to value of 65%, with pricing of 5.65% over one month LIBOR.
