McKay Securities has posted a 1.2% rise in net asset value (NAV) for the six months to the end of September.
EPRA NAV per share hit 326p per share, from 332p at the end of March, while gross rental income came in at £10.43m, up 6.2% on the same point last year after adjusting for loss of income from disposals and planned development activity.
