McKay Securities has posted a 6.3% hike in net asset value for the year, as the value of its portfolio reached a record high.
The real estate investment trust, which specialises in the London and South East office and industrial markets, saw NAV per share rise to 322p for the year to 31 March, from 303p at the same point last year. Adjusted pre-tax profit was also up, by 5.4% to £9.07m.
