Moorfield and Peloton in £100m open storage JV

Peloton Real Estate and Moorfield Group have formed a joint venture to target an initial £100m portfolio of open storage assets throughout the UK.

The JV has made its first investment with the purchase of an 11.4-acre site in Garston, Liverpool, for £4m.
