Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust has insisted the outlook for the firm “is positive”, despite posting a dip in net asset value (NAV) and earnings for the year to the end of March.
NAV came in at £296.8m, compared to £309.8m a year earlier, while EPRA earnings fell 9% to £11.6m.
