NAV at UKCM nudges up, as does dividend

UKCM St George's Retail Park

UK Commercial Property REIT (UKCM) has posted a 1.5% growth in net asset value in the first three months of the year.

The growth, to 88p per share, has resulted in an NAV total return of 2% for the first quarter of the year.
