UK Commercial Property REIT (UKCM) has posted a 4% rise in net asset value (NAV) during the six months to 30 June.
NAV came in at 90.2p per share, compared to 86.7p at the end of 2020, as revenue turned returned to positive territory with total income coming in a £83.6m.
