NAV at Unite up following Liberty deal

Unite Students accommodation at Grand Central in Liverpool

Student accommodation giant Unite has posted an 8% rise in net asset value (NAV) in its full year results for 2019.

NAV came in at 853p per share, up from 790p in 2018, while earning per share leapt 15% to 39.1p.
